Position: Cleaner

Duration: Full-time position commencing immediately

Rate of Pay:  Salary is commensurate to applicant's experience and skills

Hours per week: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Job Description:

To perform all cleaning duties for high-rise apartment building assigned by the Property Manager. These tasks include:

Cleaning of lobby, elevators, stairwells, hallways, garbage rooms, laundry rooms, pool area and parking garage; litter pickup for outside grounds; apartment cleaning during turnover procedure; changing and moving garbage bins when full, preparing bins for garbage pickup; coordinating curbside procedure.

Qualifications:

Prior cleaning experience (preferably high-rise apartment building); good physical ability; a self starter and motivated individual; courteous customer service.
