Position: Property Manager

Duration: Full-time position commencing immediately

Rate of Pay: Salary is commensurate with experience

Hours per week: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Job Description:

To perform all Property Manager duties for high-rise apartment building. The position is responsible for all on-site operations which include:

The managing of all on-site employees, collecting rental income from late paying tenants, controlling all expenses within the guidelines of the budget, maintaining a zero vacancy rate at the site, overseeing all advertising and promotional activities, controlling present leases and lease renewals, implementing maintenance improvements after performing routine inspections in apartment units and common areas, and comprehending the on-site computer system including processing daily deposits when necessary.

Qualifications:

Prior managerial experience preferably in the real estate industry; a self starter and motivated individual; strong leadership skills; good communication skills when addressing employees and tenants; a university or college degree; knowledge of the Tenant Protection Act.
